JEMS Unveils New Philosophy in Paint by Number Mural

The mural itself, a paint by number proclaiming "Cultivate Your Community", was conceived to inspire the community at large. JEMS, Jeffersonville's resident beautification group, wanted to create a message that spoke of the work it takes to build and maintain a community. JEMS Vice President, Robert Fisher, had one artist in mind to take on such a task, Youngsville resident Trey Speegle.
