Doug Ohlson, who was one of Hwang's professors from Hunter College, passed away a couple of months ago. Andre Zarre Gallery put together a small exhibition with Ohlson's paintings and a few of his past students' paintings as a tribute to him. Hwang's work at Andrea Zarre Gallery is "Rollercoaster 2417" (2010).
